MorningtonHenley Ltd is a London based property finding consultancy. Our property consultants have all worked as estate agents selling property for vendors across London and have extensive experience of the market. Our associated members, such as our financial advisors, solicitors and surveyors, have a proven track record of integrity and competency.

The company was initially formed out of a market need for a buyer focused agency. Given the size and diversity of property market in London, transactions hampered by one of the oldest legal conveyancing systems in the world and brokered by a completely unregulated industry (estate agents), buyers need someone on their side.

We also provide a more general range of property related services, including overseas searches by consultants fluent in local languages, professional negotiation, and a home sale assessment service.

Our firm is based in central London, and we operate seven days a week to meet our clients´ schedules..
