Accessibility Statement

This website has been designed to be accessible to as many users as possible. We´ve done our best to ensure that it meets current UK and international guidelines for accessibility, including conforming to:

• the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (to at least priority 1)
  
  
• and the United Kingdom Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

The site is built using cascading style sheets, but for browsers that don´t support CSS we´ve also included structured semantic mark-up, so the content should still be readable.

Font sizes

If you want to change the font sizes on the site you can do so using the preference settings of your browser.

On most browsers (with the exception of Internet Explorer for Windows) you can resize the text via the keyboard, using CTRL (CMND on a Mac) and the + and - keys.

Once you've changed the font size, it's advisable to refresh the page to enable the text to reformat.

Colours

The site has been designed so that the text is clearly readable against the backgrounds for people with colour blindness.

If you wish to change the colour combinations you can do so by altering your browser settings.

Images

Any images on the site that are not purely decorative include descriptive ALT attributes.

Links

We´ve added title attributes to links, describing them in more detail.
